摘要
本文讨论了烧结工序开展物质流和能量流的分析意义,应用物质流分析方法,建立了烧结工序的物质流和能量流分析模型。应用该模型,分析了烧结工序的效率、损失,指出了烧结工序的节能方向和途径。
Meaning of exergy analysis on energy and material flow in sintering is represented. Based on the theory of material flow analysis,the exergy analysis model of sintering process is establishmented. With the application of the model, the exergy efficiency and exergy loss in the system of sintering is analyzed. Direction and way of energy conservation is described.
