城市社区公共安全管理绩效评价研究

On Urban Community Public Safety Management Performance Assessment

社区公共安全是城市经济、社会发展的基础。近年来,随着经济的快速发展和贫富差距等因素的影响,城市社区公共安全管理工作面临越来越严峻的挑战。要进一步提升城市社区公共安全管理水平,有必要对其绩效进行全面客观的评价。在对平衡计分卡进行适应性改进的基础上,构建了社区公共安全管理绩效评价指标体系,随后选取西安市典型社区进行评价,并得出了相应的结论。

Community public safety is the foundation for urban economic and social development.Over recent years,under the influences of the factors such as rapid economic development and the increasing gap between the rich and the poor,urban community public safety management has faced increasingly severe challenges.To further enhance the managerial level of the urban community public safety,it is imperative to conduct overall and objective assessment on its performance.Based on the betterment of the adaptability of the balanced score card,this paper has constructed an indictor system for the urban community public safety assessment,and then performed an assessment by selecting typical communities of the city of Xi′an with corresponding conclusions arrived at.
