On the Development,Problems and the Countermeasures of Technology Policies in China's Sports Industry

对我国体育产业技术政策的发展历程、存在问题进行梳理。认为:我国体育产业技术政策的发展分为转轨期、市场经济体制逐步确立期和快速发展期3个阶段。存在的问题:体育产业技术政策的"缺位"现象严重,体制环境有待改进,市场环境不太成熟,专门体育产业技术政策亟待出台,扶持政策有待加强等。提出:重视体育产业技术政策的研制、立法研究及投入,加强体育产业关键技术的开发,提升体育产业技术政策的科学性等。

This paper puts forward the countermeasures on the basis of the discussion its development and related problems of technology policies. The research shows that there are 3 stages in the development of technology policies in sports industry, i. e. , the stage of transformation, of a gradual establishment of market- economy, and the stage of fast development. The existing problems include the shortage of the technology policy in sports industry, the system environment to be improved, the immature market environment, and the supportive policies to be strengthened, etc. the countermeasures are as followed： to attach great importance to the study on technology policy of sport industry, on legislative level, to strengthen the investment in research and practice of the policy and the development of the core technology as well as the promotion of the science in the technology policy of sport industry, etc.
