摘要
采用多元统计分析方法研究了烤烟外观质量指标与感官评吸指标间的关系。结果表明:(1)描述性统计结果显示,烟叶外观质量指标和感官评吸指标在所取样本间变幅不大,各项指标平均值分数属于中等偏上水平,变异系数变化不大。(2)简单相关结果证明,烤烟烟叶感官评吸指标与外观质量指标存在显著相关关系(P<0.05),而灰色与外观质量指标相关程度较低。(3)典型相关分析结果表明,在达到极显著水平(λ1=0.922 6**)的第1组典型变量(u1,v1)中,外观质量与香气质、香气量、浓度、杂气、刺激性、余味和燃烧性指标关系密切,这一线性组合说明外观质量的改善将有利于感官质量的提高;在达到显著水平(λ2=0.745 7*)的第Ⅱ对典型变量(u2,v2)中,u2主要描述了颜色、叶片结构等综合性状,v2主要描述了灰色、浓度等综合性状。其余4组典型相关系数未达到显著水平,不具有统计学意义。(4)最后,对烟叶感官评吸指标与若干外观质量指标构建了双重筛选逐步回归方程。
Abstract: The multivariate analysis was done on the relationships between the appearance quality and sensory evaluation index in flue-cured tobacco leaves in Yunnan tobacco-growing areas. The results in- dicated that: (1) Descriptive statistics results showed that the their variable amplitudes were less be- tween the external appearance quality indicators and sensory evaluation index in sample range, Every index average scores belongs to the medium to high level, the coefficient variation was little. (2) Rel- ative coefficients results showed that sensory evaluation index in flue-cured tobacco leaves with the ap- pearance quality indicators was significant correlation (P 〈 0.05 ) ; ash with the appearance quality indicators relative degree was relatively low. (3) Canonical correlation analysis results showed that the Canonical variable I significant difference at 1% level ( λ =0. 922 6 * * ), quality of aroma, volume of aroma, concentration, undesirable taste, biting taste, after taste, combustibility and the external appearance quality indicators were close relationship. This linear combination explained the quality of ap- pearance was improved will help to improve the quality of the senses, canonical variable 11 significant difference at 5% level (A2 = O. 745 7 * ), u2 mainly described the comprehensive character for color of leaves, leaf structure, etc. , v2 mainly described the comprehensive character of ash, concentration, the rest of 4 typical correlation coefficients were not significant. (4) Finally, dual selection stepwise regression equation was constructed for the appearance quality and sensory evaluation index in fluecured tobacco.
