By using the composite spinning device and improving the composite spinning pack,the monofilament of the two components of the filament can be distributed side by side in A and B different regions of the spinneret.By selection of the appropriate masterbatch,adding amount and compound proportion,optimization the spinning process,the environmental protection fine denier fancy yarn which is composite spinning of AB components and with creamy handle,color spinning effect without dyeing can be produced by one-step direct production.
