涤纶FDY装置改产POY的技术

Technical modification of producing POY on PET FDY plant

利用涤纶FDY卷绕设备的4个导丝辊中的2个,经过设备转换和调整,对侧吹风进行改造,增设缓冷器,并采用油嘴上油方式,可以纺制细旦POY。设备运行稳定,产品品质好。

Fine denier POY can be prepared by using two of four godet rollers of FDY take-up unit,through the modification and adjustment,transformation the the cross air blow system,adding a heat retarder and using the nozzle oiling method. After modification ,the equipments ran steadily and the quality is good.
