摘要
为了实现对交流异步电动机的同步控制,提出了一种基于PLC和变频器的同步控制方法。通过PLC编程,建立一个基于脉冲数的公共虚拟轴,比较实际反馈的脉冲数与理论的虚拟脉冲数,并以脉冲差为对象进行PID调节。用PLC的模拟量输出控制变频器,间接地控制异步交流电动机,实现多台电动机的位置和转速同步控制。
In order to realize the synchronous control over AC asynchronous motor, a method of synchronous control based on PLC and inverter has been presented. Based on pulse numbers a common virtual-axis has been established by PLC program. The feedback actual pulse numbers and theoretical virtual pulse numbers have been compared and PID regulation has been carried out based on pulse deviation, The analog signals from PLC control inverters; AC asynchronous motor has been controlled indirectly and the position and speed synchronous control for multi-motors has been realized.
