关于地方重点实验室建设工作的一些思考

地方重点实验室是我国重点实验室体系的重要组成部分,在基础研究中发挥着重要的作用,是地方科技发展的助推器。以广西重点实验室为例,剖析目前地方实验室建设管理过程中存在的不足,并提出相应对策,为"十二五"地方重点实验室的建设提供参考。

The local key laboratory is the main parts of our country key laboratory system, in which the important group in basic research plays a very important role in the development of science and technology, and is the place of booster as well. Based on the analysis of Guangxis as a case, this article points out the existing shortage of the management of local laboratory construction, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to provide the reference for local key laboratory construction in the next five plan.
