运用融合与共生的思维方式,归纳总结出在开放实验环境建设中对实验室的结构布局、实验内容和队伍建设方面所采取的改革措施,以互利共赢为指导思想,推动开放式实验环境建设工作的可持续发展。

With the consideration of fusion and mutualism, this paper summarizes some reform measures that are adopted in construction of the open experimental environment, such as the structure layout, the experiment contents, the construction of the teaching group, etc. The reform can further boost the sustainable development of the open experimental environment under mutual-benefit and win-win guidelines.
