通过规划管理途径,提升城市品位——以重庆市长寿区为例

Better-Planned Management Approach to Enhance Industrial Cities

随着经济水平的提高,各省市十二五规划的制定,城市品位的提升越来越受到关注。本文以典型工业城市——重庆市长寿区为例,通过对该城市进行实地调研、问卷调查,经分析统计得出以规划管理为主要途径的提升城市品位的重要方式,即从产业、生态、风貌、服务、文化五方面,分别制定规划和措施,提升城市品位。

With the developing of economy,and the formulating of the twelfth Five-year Program,more and more attention is paid to industrial cities＇ urban quality.In this paper,the writer takes Changshou,a typical industrial city,as an example to conduct field research,to deliver questionnaires,and to analyze statistics.And the writer finds out an effective way to enhance the quality of industrial cities by the planning and management.This way is to draw up plans and measures to develop industries,ecology,style,service and culture.
