摘要
本文针对多轴纺织机张力检测信号的干扰问题,提出滤波器处理的方法,分别设计了不对称RC双T带阻滤波器与对称RC双T带阻滤波器,并通过实验比较两种带阻滤波器的幅频特性。将不对称RC双T带阻滤波器作为经纱张力控制系统的反馈,运用增量式PID对送经转速进行控制,推导的计算方法能够满足实时控制的要求。
According to the interference detected form spinning Jenny tension test signal, filter processing method is proposed.. Asymmetry RC double T band elimination filter and symmetric RC double T band elimination filter are respectively designed in this paper. Compare the amplitude frequency characteristics of two band elimination filters through the experiment. Take asymmetry RC double T band elimination filter as the feedback of warp tension control system. Control the speed of let-off motor with incremental PID. The computation method derived can satisfy the demand of real-time control.
