摘要
文章通过对组织冲突定义、分类及冲突原因的分析,结合企业绩效管理的相关理论,探讨了组织冲突对企业绩效管理的影响及其二者之间的关系,进而基于此提出提高组织绩效的相应措施。
By the definition of organizational conflict, classification and analysis of the causes of conflict, combined with the theory of enterprise performance management, organizational conflict explored the impact on business performance management and the relationship between the two, and then improve organizational performance based on this proposed the corresponding measures.
