农村环境污染原因分析与政策建议

Analysis of environmental pollution in rural areas and policy recommendations

"十二五"期间,为全面建设"富裕、生态、文明、和谐"的现代化中等城市,巩义市将大力推进城镇化进程,加大农村环境整合治理力度,着力解决好危害农民群众身体健康,影响农业、农村可持续发展的突出环境问题。本文通过对巩义市农村环境污染现状调查原因分析,提出了以新农村建设为契机,建立农村环境保护长效机制,建立完善农村污染监测体系,大力发展农村生态经济,深入开展"三创"活动,推动农村环境可持续发展的思考和建议。

During the 12th five-Year Planning period, to fully construct a modern ＂affluent, ecological, civilized, harmonious＂ medium city, Gongyi will vigorously promote the process of urbanization, increase the management of rural environment conformity, and try to solve the environmental problems which harm the public＇s health, influence agricultural and rural sustainable development. Based on the investigation and analysis of current situation of Gongyi rural environmental pollution, this article proposes thoughts and suggestions which aim to build ever effectual mechanism for rural environmental protection, establish and perfect rural pollution monitoring system, spare no efforts on rural eco-economy, deepen the ＂ three creators＂ campaign, and promote sustainable development of rural environment on the basis of new countryside construction.
