On the dangerous driving charge

危险驾驶罪是刑法修正案(八)增设的一个罪名,对于该罪的构成要件,罪与非罪的界限,此罪与其他相关罪名的关系,笔者进行了探讨,并提出该罪的立法缺陷及修改建议。

Dangerous driving is an additional charge of the Criminal Law Amendment （Ⅷ）.The author discussed the elements of the crime,the boundaries of the crime and the relationship between this charge and other charges,proposed legislative shortcomings and changing suggestions.
