中日现场勘查比较研究

Comparative study of scene investigation in Japan and China

现场勘查在确保侦查质量中起着至关重要的作用。因此,现代法治要求的高效侦查,必定要求高质量的现场勘查。而合理的现场勘查制度,才能造就高质量的现场勘查工作。本文在比较研究中日现场勘查制度的基础上,提出几点完善现有现场勘查制度的建议。

Scene investigation plays a vital role in ensuring the quality of the investigation.Thus,the efficient investigation required by the modern rule of law must require high quality scene investigation. Only reasonable scene investigation system can create high quality scene investigation work.This paper,based on the comparative study of the scene investigation system in Japan and China, made a few suggestions to improve the existing scene investigation system.
