摘要
随着经济的发展,涉农职务犯罪问题也日趋突出起来。文中通过对涉农职务犯罪发案特点的阐述,分析了涉农职务犯罪案件发案原因,并提出了正确适用法律,依法严厉打击涉农职务犯罪的对策。
With economic development, agriculturerelated crimes are becoming increasingly prominent.Based on the description of the characteristics of the agriculturerelated crimes,the paper analyzed the causes of the agriculturerelated crimes, and proposed the correct application of the law to crack down on agriculturerelated crimes.
