摘要
教师是一个专业性的实践者,职前教师的培养要打破理论与实践割裂的局面,实现教学行动与教育认识的统一。课例研究是实现教学与研究结合,理论与实践融合的重要手段,是小教专业师范生专业成长的有效途径。
The training of pre-service teachers should break the isolated situation between theory and practice and achieve the unity of action and cognition, for teachers are professional practitioners. Lesson study is an important means to achieve integration of teaching and research, merging theory with practice. And it is also an efficient way for the professional development of normal college students of primary education major.
