摘要
通过对新晃县有代表性的六所城乡小学师资状况和学生班级分布情况的调查及周边地区的走访调查,从教育均衡发展的视野出发分析了湘西的小学义务教育存在的突出问题及其原因,提出了对策及建议,倡导小学素质教育教学要从师资均衡分布和班级管理抓起。
Based on the survey of the teacher's situation and the student distribution in classes from the six representative country and town primary schools, this paper analyzes the prominent problems existing in the minority regions of western Hunan from the perspective of balanced education development and puts forward some suggestions, advocating that the quality education should start with a balanced distribution of teachers and class management.
