Rational Thought on Higher Education and Culture Construction——A Case Study of English Teaching

高等教育与文化建设,是不同领域的元素,但内涵的联动已被大家所公认,孰轻孰重是我们应当重新审视的课题,通过理性研究与思考,其基本脉络的定位为:文化建设是高等教育创新发展、跨越式发展的良性循环的催化剂,而高等教育则是文化建设传承的载体,两者之间的互利性是显而易见的。

Higher education and culture are the elements in different fields, but the linkage of their content has been recognized by everyone and we should reevaluate the importance of the two. Based on the research and rational thinking, this paper argues that culture construction acts as a catalyst for a virtuous cycle in leapforward and innovation devdopment of higher education, while higher education is the carrier of culture construction and heritage, the mutually beneficial nature between the two is obvious.
