摘要
针对中国目前的教育管理现状和教师生活近况,对安徽省近300名教师进行了多阶段随机抽样调查,结果显示28.9%的教师感觉非常幸福,但是教师的幸福生活并不轻松,还有很多因素对教师的幸福生活产生负面影响。
This paper has investigated nearly 300 teachers about their professional well-being in view of Chinese education management and the teacher＇s life at present. It shows 28.9% teachers feel very happy, but the teacher＇s happy life is still threatened by some unfavorable factors.
