With his own colorful imagination and the amazing computer special effects, German-American director Roland Emmerich reproduced the disastrous scenery of the end of the world by piecing all the disastrous elements together. In this super-realistic vision, the conflicts between science and the God, life and death, sense and sensibility reveal that the people are at a loss and painful in the process of the rebirth of the Earth.
