摘要 针对光电跟踪伺服系统性能指标要求提高以及传统控制方法的不足,在系统位置控制环路中采用一种参数可在线整定的模糊PID(比例、积分和微分)控制器。分析其结构和设计原理,介绍参数自整定模糊PID算法的实现。基于Samsung公司推出的ARM7TDMI核的16/32位RISC S3C44B0X平台从硬件和软件方面对控制器进行构建,控制器的自适应能力、控制品质和鲁棒性较好,使光电跟踪伺服系统具有响应快、过渡过程平滑且调节时间短等优点,并且为其在光电领域实际应用中提供了一些参考。 Aiming at performance requirements of electro-optical tracking servo-system increasing and the lack of traditional control method,the parameter self-regulation fuzzy PID(proportion,integral and differential) controller is used in the position control loop for servo-system.The structure and design principle are analyzed,and the parameter self-tuning fuzzy PID algorithm is also introduced.Based on the ARM7TDMI 16/32 bit RISC S3C44B0X processor platform produced by Samsung company,the controller is build from hardware and software.The controller has adaptive capacity,better control quality and robustness,so that the electro-optical tracking servo-system has the advantages including the quick response,smooth transition process and short conditioning time.It provides some references for the practical application in the field of optoelectronic.
