混凝土拌和站建设是铁路工程建设的基础工作,机械配置是拌和站建设的重要工作。结合科研成果、行业标准编制和实际工作经验,简述了铁路拌合站机械配置的基本要求,对拌和站混凝土制备机械、混凝土输送机械和其他机械的组成及配置技术予以论述,并介绍了相关工程实例。以求达到技术先进、经济合理、安全适用的混凝土拌和站建设目标。

As the construction of concrete-mixing plants is the basis of the construction of railway projects,the mechanical configuration is one of the important elements of the construction of mixing plants.With our practical experience,the working-out of the trade standards and the research results of the mechanical configuration taken into account, the basic requirements for the mechanical configuration of railway concrete-mixing plants are briefly dealt with in the paper,with the techniques concerning the composition and configuration of the concrete-making and concrete-preparing machinery,conveying and transporting machinery,and other machinery discussed,and some practical examples presented.The paper aims at achieving the targets of building railway concrete-mixing plants with advanced techniques,in an economical and rational way,and with safety and wide application.
