泉州市民营经济技术创新现状分析

Technological Innovation of the Private Economy in Quanzhou

随着经济发展方式的转换升级,技术创新成为泉州民营经济进一步发展的必然选择,通过实地考察和对统计数据的分析,形成了泉州市民营经济技术创新现状的定性说明。当前,泉州民营企业的技术创新意识逐渐加强,政府为民营企业开展技术创新提供政策引导并积极创建公共技术服务平台。民营企业的创新投入不断增加,技术创新能力有了较大的提升。但泉州民营企业的技术创新投入仍较低,创新人才缺乏,创新的外部环境也需进一步改善。

As the changing of economic development pattern,technological innovation becomes a inevitable choice of the further development of private economy in Quanzhou.Through site visits and analysis of statistical data,the authors have a qualitative description of technological innovation status of the private economy in Quanzhou.At present,people＇s awareness of the technological innovation in private enterprises continue to be improved.Government provides the private enterprises with a good policy and public service platform.Quanzhou private enterprises continue to increase investment in innovation,and their technological innovation capability elevated quickly.However,technology innovation investment by private enterprises in Quanzhou is not enough.In addition,there is a shortage of creative talents,and innovation of external environment still need to be further improved.
