摘要
在世界经济发展过程中,技术创新的重要作用引发学术界对技术创新动因的热烈讨论。其中,技术推动和需求拉动是两种具有代表性的理论观点。通过对两种观点的文献综述,依据R.Nelson(1959)的"需求—成本"论,以及"最优创新时间"模型的分析,以消费者主权和生产者主权为理论根基的技术推动与需求拉动观点,可以归纳为以预期利润为导向。生产者(企业家)在技术创新过程中将发挥关键性作用,而指引其进行创新行为的动机就是创新行为可能带来的利润,即预期利润。
The important role of technological innovation leads to lively academic discussion on its motivation during the process of world economic development.＂Technology push＂ and ＂demand pull＂ are two representative views in this discussion.Through a literature review of these two views which were build on the theoretical foundation of producer and consumer sovereignty,they could be summarized as the expected profit-oriented theory which is based on R.Nelson＇s theory of ＂demand-cost＂（1959） and the analysis of ＂the best creative time＂ model.Producers（entrepreneurs） will play a key role in the process of technological innovation,and the potential profits will guide their innovation behavior.
