在科技创新高速发展的背景下,高校科研管理的协同发展成为需求。文章将协同理论引入科研管理系统,分析了在科研管理中引入协同管理理论的必要性,并从协同理论的三个主要层面,探讨了科研管理协同发展的对策,指出科研管理的成效决定于科研管理子系统的协同效应;找准序参量是决定科研高速发展的重要条件;科研管理应崇尚无为而治。

With the rapid development of science and technology,colleges and universities require coordinated development in the management of scientific research.This paper applies coordination theory to the management system of scientific research.It analyzes the necessity of this application,and explores from the three main levels of coordination theory the effective measures to ensure the coordinated development in scientific research management.It is revealed that the achievement of scientific research management is decided by the cooperative effect of its subsystems,and it is of great importance to identify the order parameter to ensure the rapid development of scientific research.Managing without giving any interference should be advocated in the management of scientific research.
