摘要
为了丰富复杂网络理论,并且帮助知识密集型企业解决一些在实际运作中所涉及到的知识管理等问题。文章联系了复杂网络和知识管理两大理论方法,以复杂网络理论为基础,在解决企业知识传递路径的问题上提出构建知识传递模型。根据模型分析,得出将复杂网络运用于企业知识管理不仅仅是对复杂网络理论本身的补充,也是将理论运用于实践并与企业知识管理实际结合的切入点。
To enrich the theories of the complex networks,and help to solve some knowledge management issues of the knowledge-intensive enterprises,this paper uses the theories of complex networks and knowledge management to build the model of knowledge transfer to solve the knowledge problems in enterprises.It is not only the complement of complex network theories but also a application of theory to practice through the analysis of the model.
