摘要
以昆明烟厂卷包车间为例,在常规PID调节基础之上,介绍了变参数PID调节,该调节方法根据偏差的大小对调节参数进行实时修正。对常规调节方法及变参数调节方法进行了数值仿真计算,计算结果表明,变参数PID调节优于常规PID调节。实测结果表明,采用变参数PID空调自控系统,空气空间参数分布均匀,温度最大波动值为0.3℃,实测结果与计算结果的平均相对误差为8.0%。
Based on package workshop of Kunming cigarette factory and conventional PID control method,the variable parameters PID control method is introduced in this paper,which can modify the adjustment parameters according to deviation.A numerical calculation about conventional PID method and variable parameter PID method is made and the result shows that,the variable parameter method is superior to conventional PID method.Actual measurement shows that when using variable parameters PID method,the maximum temperature fluctuation is 0.3℃ and the average relative error between numerical calculation and actual measurement is 8.0%.
