摘要
当前MEMS加速度因其高性价比被广泛应用到游戏、医疗康复等领域。通常利用MEMS加速度测量位移,然而由于MEMS加速度自身缺陷,易受噪声影响,加速度测量值存在较大误差。如果不采用任何措施对数据处理,得到的误差会非常大。本文主要分析MEMS位移测量的准确性,及采用卡尔曼滤波器后的位移估计;探讨MEMS加速度距离测量的可行性,为MEMS加速度的应用提供参考。
Currently the MEMS accelerometer is widely applied into the game, nursing, and habilitation due to the high ratio of quality-price. Generally the MEMS accelerometer is used due to the possibility of displacement measurement. However, there is a great variance for this measurement due to its inherent shortcoming, i.e. easily suffering from the noise. If no approach is used, the variance will be great. In this paper, we study the measurement accuracy of accelerometer and the measurement after Kalman Filtering, and discuss the feasibility of displacement measurement using MEMS accelerometer, which is helpful for the further application of accelerometer.
