The effect of the specimen storage temperature and time on the analysis result of blood cells

目的探讨标本放置温度与时间对血细胞分析结果的影响。方法回顾性分析东营市第二人民医院检验科100例标本的放置时间与温度,根据放置温度的不同分为:室温组和冰箱组。然后分析不同放置时间的结果。结果标本室温保存时,随着时间的延长,红细胞(RBC)总数变化不规律,血小板计数(PLT)、白细胞(WBC)总数及淋巴细胞(Lymph)、中间细胞(Mid)直接计数逐渐上升,而中性粒细胞(Gran)直接计数呈下降趋势,血红蛋白(Hb)含量变化不明显。标本冰箱冷藏保存时,随着时间的延长,RBC总数、Gran直接计数呈下降趋势,而PLT计数逐渐上升,WBC总数、Hb含量、Lymph、Mid直接计数变化不明显。结论抗凝血室温保存应在7h内完成标本的测定;抗凝血冰箱冷藏保存只要在22h内完成标本的测定,对结果影响不大。

Objective To discuss the effect of the specimen storage temperature and time on the analysis result of blood cells.Methods 100 specimens from clinical laboratory of our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.The specimens were divided into the room group and the refrigerator group according to the storage temperature.Then the results from those two groups were analyzed.Results When the specimens were stored in the room temperature,the total RBC plt counting fluctuated and the WBC and L,M counting gradually rose as time passed,And Gran direct counting decreased.When the specimens were stored in the refrigerator,Gran,RBC direct counting declined and PLT count gradually rose as time passed,and the changes of WBC,Hb,Lymph,Mid were not obvious.Conclusion The test of the anticoagulation blood stored in room temperature should be completed within 7 hours.The test result will not be significantly affected if the test is completed within 22 hours and the anticoagulation blood is stored in refrigerator.
