利用PLC计数器实现多工位电动行车循环控制

Multi-position Cycle Control of Traveling Crane with PLC Counter

通过对制造行业中常用的多工位电动行车控制工艺过程的研究,介绍了一种针对多工位电动行车的复杂过程,利用PLC程序中的计数器实现自动控制的程序设计方法。同时,充分地利用了计数器的作用,将以往的顺序结构程序设计改为循环结构程序设计,在循环结构的程序设计中计数器的应用使程序指令得以简化,优化了程序结构。

On basis of the analysis of the complex technological process of multi-position control of a traveling crane in manufacturing industry,the authors developed a programming method to achieve automatic control with PLC counter.By giving full play to the counter,the traditional sequential structure programming was translated into cycle structure programming.In this way,the programmed instruction is simplified and the routine structure is optimized.
