摘要
医学高等职业教育的目的是培养德才兼备的现代医疗卫生人才。教学质量管理是医学高等职业教育目标得以实现的保证,是高等医学职业教育可持续发展的根基。从动态的角度,把教学质量管理划分为提出任务、做出决策等几个阶段,有利于教学质量管理目标和过程的精确化;从静态的角度,把教学质量管理划分为基础设施、教师培养等几个方面,有利于实施教学质量管理战略任务的分解。
The purpose of medical higher vocational education is to train competent and honest modern health professionals.Teaching quality management is the assurance to achieve medical vocational education goals,and it is the foundation of its sustainable development.We can divided the management of teaching quality into "making the task","making decisions" and several stages from dynamical angle,which is conducive to precise the teaching quality management objectives and process.We can also divided the management of teaching quality into "infrastructure","teacher training" and other aspects from statically angle,which is conducive to the decomposition of the task of implementation of the teaching quality management strategies.
