摘要
结合TFT-LCD产业的生产特点,着重阐述了TFT-LCD工厂冷热源系统设计中冷冻水供应中低温系统分开设置、冷冻水及冷却水采用大温差、冷水机组热回收、压缩空气机组压缩热回收、自由冷却等节能措施,并且分析了各种节能措施的节能效果。
According to the character of TFT-LCD industry, separating low temperature chilled water supply system and middle temperature chilled water supply system, adopting more temperature difference of chilled water and cooling water, adopting heat recovery chiller, reclaiming heat from cooling water of air compressor, free cooling, and etc. are all applied in heat resource system design of TFT-LCD factory, and saving results are given for each saving measure in this paper.
