中压并网风电整机测试平台研制

摘要 风力发电产业的快速发展亟需稳定可靠的风机产品。风机测试平台作为一种风机研发设计和性能质量检验手段而倍受业内关注。论文研发设计了最高容许测试容量为3.6MW的整机全功率测试平台,其采用了10kV中压并网电压和中压矩阵变频器,消除了常规测试台低电压并网的大电流弊端,并提供了中压机组测试条件。文章重点讲述了此中压并网测试平台的研发设计关键技术,最后给出了测试平台相关结果。 With the quick development of wind power utility, steady and reliable machines are needed. As a kind of wind turbine researching and testing tool, wind test rig attracts much more attentions of the industry. A flail power wind turbine test rig up to 3.6MW is developed, which adopts 10kV medium voltage power supply and a medium voltage matrix converter to eliminate the normal test rig's defect with lower voltage and higher current. The rig provides test conditions for medium voltage wind turbines. Key components and technology of the test rig are researched and designed. The relevant results of test rig are given finally.
