摘要
为解决深井及超深井在高温条件下长封固段大温差时顶部水泥浆超缓凝的难题,研制了新型合成缓凝剂BCR-260L,该缓凝剂具有很好的耐高温性能,适用温度范围广,可满足70~180℃较宽温度范围内的固井需求。缓凝剂BCR-260L对水泥石后期强度发展基本无影响,在大温差条件下强度发展快,可以解决高温大温差条件下水泥浆超缓凝难题,具有很好的推广应用前景。研制的缓凝剂BCR-260L已经在LG地区62井进行了现场应用,固井效果良好。
To overcome the problem of over-retardation happens on top of cement slurry in deep and ultra-deep wells with big temperature difference and long cementing intervals,a new type of retarder BCR-260L is developed,and it has good thermal stability that can be used at the temperature of 70-180 ℃.The retarder BCR-260L has no effect on later strength development,and makes the strength develop fast at big temperature difference.The application of the well 62 in LG block is successful,which gets good cementing job quality.
