摘要
自修复技术可以模仿生命系统,使材料具有感知和自我修复的双重功能,使材料对内部或外部损伤自动进行修复,从而消除隐患,延长材料的使用寿命。水泥基材料是具有微观缺陷的脆性材料,在受力或其他因素作用下,会出现损伤,造成微裂缝。综述了水泥基材料微裂缝埋植式自修复技术的研究进展,介绍了液芯或空心纤维技术、微胶囊技术、热可逆交联反应技术及刺激响应型聚合物技术等自修复的实现方法,并对其优缺点进行了分析。
Since Self-healing technology can mimic living system,it makes materials have perception and self-healing functions,also this technology can prolong the service time by healing the damage from outside or inside.The cement matrix is a kind of fragile material with micro-defects,which leads to micro-cracks in cement matrix under forces or other factors.This paper reviews the research progress of micro cracks self-healing technology in cement matrix,as well as the implementation methods of self-healing technology and their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed.
