摘要
通过对某电子洁净车间集中式全空气处理系统的温湿度设计计算和设备选型配置、白控系统设计等，满足生产车间对空气环境的专业技术要求。对同类湿度精度控制优先的净化项目提供一定的参考和借鉴。
Through a centralized electronic clean room air handling system-wide temperature, humidity design calculations and equipment selection configuration, automatic control system design to meet the workshop on the technical requirements of the air environment, to provide a reference for similar humidity precision control of the purification of priority projects.
