摘要
为优化地表水水源热泵开式取水系统,解决机房与水体表面高差偏大而导致取水能耗偏大的问题。提出利用水轮泵回收排水的重力势能为水源热泵取水系统的水循环提供动力,介绍了能量回收型水源热泵取水系统形式和水轮泵节能原理。并以某工程为例,计算得出该能量回收型取水系统的夏季节能率为37.5%,冬季为60.1%。
In order to optimize the open water intake system of surface water source heat pump, and to reduce the water intake energy consumption from large height difference between the engine room and water surface, this paper proposes a method to provide power for water cycling in the water intake system of water source heat pump from gravitational potential energy of recycled water in water-turbine pump, and introduces the form of energy-recycling water intake system of water source heat pump and principle of water-turbine pump energy conservation. And based on a real project, the energy conservation rate of the proposed energy-recycling water intake system is 37.5% in summer and 60.1% in winter.
