利用CFD技术对开式地表水源热泵吸水方式的改进研究

摘要 建立了开式地表水源热泵取水口的几何和数值模型,利用FLUENT软件对传统开式地表水源热泵的吸水方式进行了二维模拟,得到了吸入口附近的速度、速度矢量及温度分布。针对以上3种参数分布进行了分析,提出了“设置圈型挡水板”以及“主吸水管底部加支管并设条缝型吸水口”两种吸水新方案,并对这两种改进的吸水方式进行了二维模拟计算。计算结果表明,取水平均温度分别降低了1℃、1.4℃,与传统吸水方式相比,热泵机组分别节能2.6%、3.9%左右。这两种改进的吸水方式从理论上均是可行、有效的。 This paper first builds up the geometrical and numerical models of the water intake of the open-loop system of WSHP, and simulates the situations of water absorption of the open-loop system of WSHP in two dimensions by using FLUENT. Then it gets the distributions of velocity, velocity vector and temperature around the water intake. Tow new schemes of water absorption (water intake with circle flap and water intake with slotted-branch pipes at the bottom) are introduced after the analysis of the distributions of the three parameters. The two new schemes are simulated in two dimensions. The outcome proves that the water temperatures of the intake in the two schemes reduce by 1℃ and 1.4℃, and reduce the energy consumption of the heat pump by 2.6% and 3.9% compared with the traditional water absorption. The two improved water absorptions are both feasible and effective in theory.
