摘要
骨髓间充质干细胞(MSCs)是一种来源于骨髓的成体干细胞,具有自我更新和多向分化能力。它不仅能分化为中胚层的成骨细胞、软骨细胞和脂肪细胞等,近年的研究还发现可跨胚层分化为肝细胞、神经细胞、心肌细胞[4],因而引起了更广泛的关注,已成为组织工程、
