血清游离轻链检测在轻链型多发性骨髓瘤诊治中的应用 被引量：2

摘要 多发性骨髓瘤（Multiple meyeloma,MM）是常见的恶性血液系统疾病,按免疫学分类可分为IgG、IgA、IgD、IgM、轻链型等多种类型。血清游离轻链（serumfree light chain,sFLC）的测定对于MM的诊断、疗效评价、预后判断等方面具有重要意义。
