产程发动前后环氧化酶-2(COX-2)核因子KappaB P65(NF-KBP65)在平滑绒毛膜上的表达
摘要
众所周知，分娩发动的必备条件是胎儿的成熟和母体的准备。母体准备包括，子宫由分娩前期（0期）稳态，进入敏感期即分娩准备期（1期），此期子宫生物学上的主要变化为缩宫素受体大量增加、子宫下段及宫颈成熟、蜕膜与胎膜自分泌旁分泌效应的启动。有关分娩动因已有许多学说，但仍不清楚触发分娩启动的始动因素，无论神经内分泌因素抑或胎盘及胎儿神经内分泌因素均缺乏母胎之间启动信号的确认。
