我国社会中介组织监管模式的反思与重构

随着我国市场经济体制的逐步建立以及社会结构的日趋分化,促进社会中介组织快速发展、建立完善的社会中介组织监管体系是和谐社会建设中的重大课题。然而我国现行的社会中介监管体制及手段由于受多种因素的制约,已明显落后于发展的需要,面临监管存在盲区、监管效率不高、力度不够等困境。为更好地提高监管能力,需要从监管理念、监管体制、监管模式等方面进行创新。

Along with the market economy system＇s gradual establishment as well as the day-by-day differentiation of the social structure,establishing the perfect society intermediary organization supervision system is the important issue.However,the current supervision system and means restricted by a variety of factors,are significantly behind the needs of development,and appear dilemmas such as supervision existing blind area,the efficiency of the supervision low and so on.In order to improve the supervision ability,we should carry on the innovation from the several aspects such as the supervision idea,supervision system,supervision pattern and so on.
