摘要
试验研究了姜黄素替代猪饲粮中抗菌药物喹烯酮对抗体的合成和猪肉品质的影响。选取64头体重约70 kg的杜×长×大三元杂交猪,将其分为4组,每组16头猪。在基础饲粮中添加50 mg/kg喹烯酮后,饲喂第1组(对照组)猪;在基础饲粮中分别添加200、3004、00 mg/kg姜黄素后,相应地饲喂第23、4、组猪,饲养试验期40 d。试验结果表明:姜黄素替代育肥猪饲粮中喹烯酮,对猪体健康无不良影响;能改善猪的肉品质量;不同程度地提高猪的病原抗体效价。育肥猪饲粮中姜黄素的适宜添加量为400 mg/kg。
The effects of substitution of curcumin for quinocetone in diet on the antibody synthesis and meat quality of finishing pigs were studied.64 healthy,three-way crossbred(Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire) finishing pigs weighting about 70 kg were divided into 4 groups,each group contained 16 pigs.The group 1(control group)pigs were fed basal diet supplemented 50 mg/kg quinocetone;the group 2~4 pigs were respectively fed basal diet supplemented 200,300,400 mg/kg curcumin.Formal feeding experiment period was 40 d.The experimental results were as follows:the substitution of curcumin for quinocetone in diet did not produce adverse effects on pig health,could improve meat quality,promoted the antibody synthesis in pigs.The optimal supplementary amount of curcumin in diet fed to finishing pigs was 400 mg/kg.
