摘要 针对某型飞机飞行时座舱产生的异常振动问题,首先阐述了航空发动机转子系统典型故障的现象及原因;分析了可能引发座舱异常振动的各个激励源,初步判断异常振动的来源;其次通过地面试车试验,采集了座舱异常振动信号及对应的发动机振动信号,提取了座舱异常振动频率的主要能量成份,分析了发动机上各机匣的频谱成份;最后,找出了引发动座舱异常振动的原因,并分析讨论了航空发动机转子系统存在的早期故障及问题,对同类的问题和故障的查找及分析有一定借鉴作用。 In view of the aviation cockpit' s abnormal vibration in flying, firstly, the symptom and cause of aero- engine rotor' s typical fault were introduced. The probable cause of the aviation cockpit' s abnormal vibration was analyzed, and the cause of the abnormal vibration was judged preliminarily. Secondly, signal of aviation cockpit and aero-engine were collected by ground running aero-engine, then, the abnormal vibration frequency of aviation cockpit have been extracted from the collected signal, the frequency of aero-engine have been analyzed. Finally, the cause of the abnormal vibration has been found, the early fault of aero-engine rotor has been analyzed, and the analysis of the problem was referenced for the similar problems and faults of aero-engine.
