风湿性心脏病合并房颤及左房内血栓患者一氧化氮合酶表达的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究风湿性心脏病合并房颤、左房内血栓形成患者心房组织内一氧化氮合酶(eNOS)的表达变化,探讨风心病患者附壁血栓形成的可能机制。方法 A组:风湿性心脏病不伴心房颤动、未合并左房内血栓形成患者20例;B组:风湿性心脏病伴心房颤动、未合并左房内血栓形成患者14例;C组:风湿性心脏病伴心房颤动、左房内血栓形成患者16例。硝酸还原酶法测定样品中NO2-/NO3-的含量,免疫组化方法及RT-PCR法测定心肌组织eNOS蛋白及mRNA的表达。结果与A组比较,B、C组血清NO2-/NO3-含量、左心耳心肌eNOS蛋白及mRNA表达量减低,P<0.05。结论左房心肌组织eNOS表达下降导致NO生成减少,可能是风湿性心脏病患者附壁血栓形成的机制。
