异种器官移植的研究进展
摘要
尽管猪作为人类器官移植的来源得到了认可,但是灵长类动物对猪的免疫排斥是一个很大的障碍,至今仍未完全解决。近年来转基因猪的出现和诱导免疫耐受的方法使得免疫排斥不再是最主要的问题,消耗性的凝血障碍也是需要关注的。因为异种移植尚未应用于临床,所以对于异种移植的动物模型,我们选择猪和非人灵长类动物之间的器官移植。本文将对异种移植的现状和存在的问题作一综述。
