摘要
通过无溶剂方法合成了十八烷基甲基二羟乙基溴化铵,最佳反应条件为:温度100℃,反应时间为180 min,反应物的摩尔比为1∶1,转化率为95.02%。然后将产品在2 L反应釜中进行放大合成,对影响放大过程中产物转化率的因素进行研究,得到最佳工艺参数。该方法具有无有机溶剂污染、反应速度快、产率高和后处理简单等诸多优点。
The octadecylmethyldihydroxyethyl ammonium bromide was synthesized through solvent-free method,and the most suitable condition were as follow as: the temperature was 100 ℃,the reaction time was 180 min,the mole ratio was 1∶1,and the conversion reached up to 95.02 %.According to the best reaction conditions amplification experiment was made in 2 L glass reactor.The amplify of synihesis course and factors were studied,then the corresponding solutions were put forward.The method has no solvent pollution,fast reaction speed,high yield and simple post treatment etc.
