摘要
以硫酸氧钛、氧化钙为原料,采用沉淀水解法制备CaSO4/TiO2复合材料,通过探讨不同条件如:煅烧温度、催化剂投加量、光照时间及溶液pH等对光催化降解活性大红的影响。结果表明:复合粉体经500℃煅烧后的光催化效果最佳,当催化剂投加量为2 g/L,溶液pH为6,紫外灯照射180 min,降解率可达到83.85%。
CaSO4/TiO2 composite powder was prepared by precipitation and hydrolysis method using titanyl sulfate and calcium oxide as raw material.Photocatalysis of reactive scarlet BES has been carried out by using CaSO4/TiO2 composite powder.The effects of some factors,such as calclning temperature,dosage of catalyst,illumination time and the pH value of the dyestuff wastewater on the photodegradation were discussed.The experimental results show that the optimum calclning temperature was 500 ℃.When the pH value of solution was 6,the amount of catalyst was 2 g/L,UV light exposure time was 180 min,the rate of degradation can reached 83.85 %.
