摘要
采用ZRY-2P型综合热分析仪,对浮动凹模双向压制方法和复压烧结工艺制备的五种SiCp/Cu复合材料进行高温氧化性测试,结果表明:30~1000℃的氧化条件下,SiCp/Cu复合材料比纯Cu具有更好的抗氧化性能。其中20%SiCp/Cu复合材料的抗氧化性最佳,这与加热称重法测定结果相同;利用热分析仪得出拟合曲线的方法与经典的加热称重法相比,样品用量少、测速快、测定方便,得到曲线直观明了,比手绘的精确度高,具有实际应用价值。
SiCp/Cu composites were prepared by floating block double compaction and repressing sintered processing.The thermal properties of these materials were characterized by ZRY-2P combined thermal analyzers.The results show that SiCp/Cu composites have better antioxidant activity than pure copper under the oxidant condition of below 1000 ℃.The composite which contains 20 % of SiCp had the best antioxidant activity.That result accord with the result of heating-balance weighting method.However,the means to obtain fitting curves by combined thermal analyzers has much more virtues than the traditional heating-balance weighting method.Such as less sample,faster testing,conveniently testing,intuitionistic cure.The cures have more practicality because the precision is higher than the handcrafted cures.
